Friday
- When: 4pm-8pm: Athlete, Judge, Volunteer check in (Athletes are encouraged to check in at this time)
- Where: Inside convention center.
Saturday
- 7am: Event center opens and Judge, Volunteer, and late Athlete check in begins.
- 7:15: Judge, Volunteer, and Athlete briefing
- 8am: Competition begins
Sunday
- 7am: Event center opens
- 7:15am: Judge, Volunteer, and Athlete briefing
- 8am: Competition begins
- To follow: Final Event & Awards Ceremony (estimated finish 4pm).
