The 2018 WODGODZ competition will allow athletes of all abilities a chance to compete in one of twelve (12) MALE/FEMALE individual divisions, and one (2) Coed Teams of Four divisions, one RX, and one intermediate. Each individual division must consist of a minimum of 10 and will consist of a maximum of 30 athletes, and there will be a maximum of 30 teams allowed:
- INDIVIDUAL DIVISIONS:
- PRO MALE/FEMALE
- RX MALE/FEMALE
- MASTERS 35-44 MALE/FEMALE
- MASTERS 45-54 MALE/FEMALE
- MASTERS 55+ MALE/FEMALE
- SCALED MALE/FEMALE
- TEAM DIVISION:
- COED TEAM OF FOUR-RX (2 male/2 female)
- COED TEAM OF FOUR-Intermediate (2 male/2 female)

Because of questions we have received regarding individual movements and how they will appear in the WODs, we also want to stress that if there is a movement that you aren’t 100% confident in, don’t let that be the reason you don’t sign up and have fun trying to crush it! We have designed and tested these WODs to be challenging for all groups, but also very realistic for each respective group’s expected abilities…don’t be afraid to push yourself and identify that weakness that needs to be addressed before the OPEN rolls around. That’s how we all get better as individual athletes and as a community!
